For the fastest support, use the built-in "Contact Support" feature within the ItemTracker app. This automatically includes helpful diagnostic information that helps us resolve issues quickly.

To access in-app support:

  • Open ItemTracker on your device
  • Go to Settings (gear icon)
  • Tap "Contact Support"
  • Describe your issue and send
